PolymerR operates through a network-oriented collaboration model. When projects require specialized testing, pilot-scale validation, compounding, extrusion, injection molding, material characterization or other technical services, activities can be coordinated through selected industrial and research partners in Germany, Spain, and other European locations. This allows clients to access the most suitable expertise, equipment, and capabilities required for the specific project while maintaining a single technical lead. PolymerR is led by Dr. Nikola Kocic, a chemical engineer with more than 20 years of international industrial R&D experience gained in Germany and Spain, including senior technical roles at SKZ – German Plastics Centre and Lubrizol Advanced Materials.
