Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Porsche SE) is a holding company with investments in the areas of mobility and industrial technology. The company employed just under 50 people as of 31 December 2025. As core investments, Porsche SE holds the majority of the ordinary shares in Volkswagen AG and 25% plus one share of the ordinary shares in Porsche AG. We consider ourselves an active anchor investor in this context, shaping the transformation of mobility in a responsible and forward-looking manner with a consistently entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, Porsche SE acquired minority shareholdings in several technology companies in North America, Europe and Israel and invested in private equity and venture capital funds. The investment strategy of Porsche SE aims to create sustainable value for its shareholders. This is based on the increase in value of assets under management as well as dividend distributions. The investments of Porsche SE fall into two categories. The first category includes long-term core investments – currently in Volkswagen AG and Porsche AG. The second category comprises portfolio investments that Porsche SE generally holds for a temporary period of time. Typically, such investments are characterized by their high potential for growth and for increasing value during the holding period. Our origin lies with mobility and industrial technology, which is why our focus in both investment categories is on these as well as related areas.
