PRECISE PROPERTY is a property advisory firm of Chartered Surveyors and Agents which was founded in response to the growing number of retail & leisure brands who want to have a presence in London. As an occupier-only advisory firm we provide many brands with property advise which is truly bespoke to their exact needs and strategy. Central London retail is complex and can be frustrating, whilst the Industry is controlled by a handful of Landlords and their Agents. We on the other hand represent London's tenants in providing bespoke acquisition services across the capital and advise on portfolio strategy.
