Proftor is a recall-first learning platform that helps students recall, explain, and retain what they have learned through short, guided conversations after real lessons. Instead of giving students ready-made answers or generic exercises, Proftor asks open questions that encourage them to remember key ideas, express them in their own words, recognise misunderstandings, and build a deeper understanding of the material. Teachers and education providers can connect each practice session to the lesson that was actually taught. Proftor then guides the student through the most important points and provides educators with insight into how well the material was understood. Proftor’s Study Space connects the student, teacher, curriculum, and parent around the learning process, helping them support progress together and maintain continuity between lessons. Proftor is currently preparing for pilot programmes with selected schools, tutors, and education providers who would like to test the platform in real learning environments and contribute professional feedback before its wider release.
