Cognivora is reinventing professional development for working adults, and documenting in the open how far artificial intelligence can carry a real company. THE OPPORTUNITY Millions of European professionals want to keep growing, but there is no time, no space, and no path that fits a real life. Around 80% of learners prefer short formats, and microlearning lifts retention to roughly 80%, against about 20% in a traditional classroom. More than 470 million microlearning sessions have already been recorded in Europe. The demand is there. The supply isn't. WHAT WE BUILD Short, mobile microlearning for working adults: bite-sized modules, podcasts and storytelling, designed around how people actually live and work, and recognised through European micro-credentials. Learning that bends to your life, not the other way around. WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT Cognivora is also a living experiment. We are building the company itself in three documented phases: brainstorming that stays fully human, with AI only recording and visualising; finetuning, where human and AI work side by side; and execution, carried out by AI under human supervision. Every phase is recorded, so the outcome is not a forecast but evidence. A real company, real output, real data on where AI can take over and where human intelligence stays irreplaceable.
