Property Litigation Association
An association of members who specialise in all aspects of property litigation.
About Property Litigation Association
Our members specialise in all aspects of property litigation, including; commercial, residential and agricultural property law. We are lawyers who come from a variety of firms in terms of size and location. Through its various committees, especially the Law Reform Committee, the Education & Training Committee, the Junior PLA Committee and the Regional committes, the Association works hard to fulfil its objectives by regularly organising courses, training seminars and conferences. These educational events, as well as various social events held throughout the year, provide opportunities for members to network with their peers, surveyors, members of the Bar and the judiciary, etc. The Association also plays an important role in lobbying for improvements in property law reform, the court service, etc.
