Founded in 2003, Pro Tek Construction Inc. specialized in self-storage facility erection and built an impressive 4 million square feet annually before being acquired by Rapid Building Solutions (RBS) in 2016. Rapid has since become a leader in the self-storage construction industry, providing comprehensive material and labor solutions for multistory self-storage superstructures across the U.S. As a national metal building provider, RBS has completed 553 projects. With services including framing, partitioning, roofing, and insulation, RBS constructs over 5 million square feet of self-storage buildings annually and generates around $140 million in sales. We provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services aimed at maximizing efficiency and reducing construction costs for our clients and owners. Boasting a team of over 300 employees, RBS self-performs its labor and offers in-house drafting and structural design services. Trusted by more than 50 self-storage companies, including industry giants like Public Storage and Extra Space Storage, Rapid has completed around 45 million square feet of storage across 29 states and maintains a 90% customer retention rate.
