About RapidRF AI
RF chip design is one of engineering's most demanding disciplines. It takes years to develop the intuition needed to turn a specification into a working RFIC. At RapidRF, we encoded that intuition into AI. Our platform, Circuit Studio, gives engineers access to HeaviMind, an AI model that understands RF physics at a fundamental level and translates specifications directly into optimized, fabrication-ready circuits. This is not a co-pilot. It is a design engine. Our work spans GaAs and GaN process technologies. Every design is grounded in verified physics, not approximation.
