Open-source game analytics that a whole studio can use and own. Every event your game emits, in a database you control, queryable by your dashboards, your SQL, and your AI agent. A producer asks why retention dipped after the update. The answer is already in the data. With Rawbbit it arrives the same day, from whoever asked the question, instead of waiting for someone technical to have a free afternoon. The stack, deployed and managed for you: • Event collection with validation and at-least-once delivery • Raw history in portable Parquet files, on storage you own • ClickHouse for fast queries, loaded by a dbt project that tolerates late data • Models for retention, progression, monetization, funnels, and balance • Metabase dashboards • An MCP server that connects Codex, OpenCode, OpenClaw, Claude, or any MCP client to your data, read-only. Built entirely on open source: SeaweedFS for raw storage, ClickHouse for analytics, everything in Docker. Two VMs run it in production.
