RCX Sports makes youth sports more accessible and sustainable. As the official youth program partner of the NFL, Jr. NBA, NHL, MLS, and MLB, we power grassroots leagues, events, and Play with the Pros experiences that give more kids the chance to play. We work alongside the local operators, coaches, and families who run youth sports every day, adding the tools, partnerships, and support that help their programs grow. Our partners run flag football leagues with NFL FLAG, basketball programming through Jr. NBA, hockey programming with NHL STREET and Learn to Play, soccer experiences with MLS GO, and baseball and softball programs with MLB Pitch, Hit & Run. Operators keep full control of their season structure, pricing, registration, age divisions, league format, and local identity. We bring the pro-league partnerships families recognize, marketing tools that help increase registrations, coach resources built for volunteers, and dedicated onboarding and ongoing support that keeps things running smoothly. Our work reaches communities in all 50 states, supporting millions of young athletes, families, coaches, and league operators every year. From a first practice to a regional tournament to a national championship moment, we help local programs deliver a bigger experience without giving up what makes them theirs. We also produce premium youth sports events, tournaments, showcases, and Play with the Pros activations that connect kids directly to the leagues, athletes, and culture they love. At the heart of it, RCX Sports believes every kid deserves the chance to play.
