Building the strategic capacity behind the strategy.
About Re|Group Strategy
A strategy does not determine its own potential. The architecture surrounding it matters. Re|Group Strategy is a strategy advisory firm focused on the organizational conditions that shape strategic capacity. Our work is built around Adaptive Architecture—a strategy framework and diagnostic system for understanding how structural and operating conditions influence an organization’s ability to turn strategic choice into advantage. Adaptive Architecture examines three connected layers: Governance Ceiling — the structural conditions surrounding strategic choice, including ownership, board, capital, regulatory, and ecosystem conditions. Adaptive Span — the strategic capacity available to leadership within those conditions. Force Floor — the operating forces that shape how effectively an organization can sense its environment, make decisions, align around strategic priorities, move resources, overcome friction, sustain momentum, and adapt its capabilities. These conditions do not simply create constraints. In the right configuration, they can enable, amplify, and compound strategic potential. The architecture itself can become part of the advantage. Re|Group brings this perspective into practice through strategy diagnostics, evidence-based organizational assessment, facilitated leadership engagements, strategy and transformation advisory, executive education, and ongoing research. Our work begins with a question: What is your architecture doing to your strategy? Because the objective isn’t simply to identify what is getting in the way. It is to build the strategic capacity required to make a good strategy more powerful. Re|Diagnose · Re|Locate · Re|Align · Re|Sequence · Re|Turn regroupstrategy.com
