Reconcile Health
Understand your medical bills. Pay only what you owe.
About Reconcile Health
Medical billing in the U.S. was never built for consumers. It’s complex, opaque, and often arrives at the worst possible time—right after a major health event. Hospitals have billing departments. Insurers have specialists. Patients are left to interpret fragmented, inconsistent bills on their own—without the tools to know what’s accurate. Reconcile is building a consumer-first platform to change that. Reconcile helps patients understand what they were charged and what they actually owe—so errors are identified and resolved, and patients don’t overpay. We’re starting with digitally engaged, commercially-insured patients and caregivers (ages 26–55) managing large, unexpected bills following ER visits, hospitalizations, or specialty care—when confusion is highest and the stakes are real. Most solutions address medical billing after problems escalate. Reconcile is designed to catch them early—identifying potential errors, flagging what doesn’t look right, and guiding patients on what to do next. Over time, this value extends beyond patients. For self-insured employers—who ultimately bear the cost of care—greater transparency and bill accuracy can drive meaningful savings while improving the financial experience for their employees.
