Red Lens is a creative development and production company that uses performance to develop people, stories and opportunities. We believe performance is about more than acting. It can help people communicate with confidence, find their voice, develop their craft and create opportunities for themselves and others. Our work brings together four connected areas: Actors G.Y.M. – developing performers through practical, consistent training for stage and screen. Lens On You – developing people through personalised performance and confidence coaching. Life's A Pitch – using performance, storytelling and rehearsal to develop confident communicators, presenters and leaders. Productions – creating original stories and opportunities for actors, writers and emerging creatives, with a growing focus on screen. Acting is our methodology. Transformation is the destination. Red Lens was founded in Birmingham in 2021 and remains rooted in the West Midlands, with ambitions to grow nationally and internationally through both in-person experiences and digital learning. We are building a creative ecosystem where people can develop their skills, stories can find a platform, and talent can move from learning into meaningful creative opportunity.
