About Reese Connect
Reese Connect's mission is to build a bridge between business professionals, nonprofits, and college students in the Treasure Valley while fostering authentic connections and long-term relationships that create a positive community impact. We are a professional networking hub for business professionals, nonprofits, and students centered around authentic connection and community. 🌮 Our main event, Talking Tacos, was created by Bailey Reese out of a love for people and tacos. Attendees enjoy an all-you-can-eat taco bar while building new friendships and listening to presenters stories. Every two months, a college student, two business professionals, and a nonprofit each present for six minutes to share their story of who they are, what they’re working on, and the opportunities or resources they’re searching for. 🧇 We also host a morning networking event called Talking Waffles, held on the third Wednesday of each month at Waffle Me Up from 7 AM to 9 AM. Open to the public, everyone is welcome. The special includes an $8.99 Belgian-style waffle, fruit, and local coffee.
