We were founded to address the shortcomings of the current real estate brokerage model. Our office is a high-energy, collaborative place for agents to work together. We believe this team approach benefits both our agents and our clients. We are a post-bubble brokerage and we focus on the reality of the new real estate industry. We focus on increasing sales now whereas other brokerages are only waiting for the next bubble. We have high producing agents and have an office goal of average agent production over 20 transactions a year.
