Full-service Las Vegas Valley property management focused on long-term single-family rental homes.
About Rice Real Estate & Property Management
Rice Real Estate & Property Management provides full-service management for long-term rental houses, townhomes, and condos throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and surrounding communities. Founded in 2010, our experienced team manages leasing, applicant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, HOA matters, renewals, accounting, and Owner communication. Our approach combines documented systems with property-specific judgment and direct communication. We do not mark up vendor maintenance invoices or charge a maintenance coordination fee. Property acceptance is selective so we can confirm that the home and management relationship are a good fit. Our approach is simple: precision, care, and an uncompromising focus on what matters. From protecting your investment to ensuring your residents feel at home, we’re obsessed with getting every detail right. We don’t just manage properties; we manage long-term success. And we’ll keep pushing for more—because that’s what excellence demands.
