Other recent developments include our DYNAMIXEL Drive (DYD) gear reducers: standalone cycloidal gear reduction unit that is compatible with any DC motor or similar motion solution. ROBOTIS is the co-developer of the open-source humanoid platform, DARwIn-OP, and is also a member of Team THOR in Track A of DARPA's Robotics Challenge.
