About Ruby Tugade

The art and business of storytelling are at the heart of my work. I help founders and leaders distill their ideas into a powerful point of view, and build the narrative around it. I began my career in the arts, studying at Vassar and the Yale School of Drama before moving into independent film, where I learned the craft of narrative, the dynamics of collaboration, and how to move an idea from vision to reality. Today, I bring that foundation to business development, strategic partnerships, and executive communications, working with founders and leaders at moments of growth, change, and possibility. I’m drawn to the stories beneath the surface, namely the ideas, experiences, and convictions that give a leader’s work meaning. My approach is deeply relational: I listen for what’s being said and what’s left unsaid, look for the common denominator that connects the pieces, and help bring it all forward with clarity, intelligence, and heart. My work is about creating something that feels true, resonates with the right people, and creates a strong foundation for new possibilities.
