safeINIT builds and runs the AWS infrastructure behind healthcare platforms, IoT products, and growing software teams. We work mostly with companies in the UK and North America that operate in regulated industries, where the foundations have to be right before anything else can be. Our work is infrastructure-layer: managed AWS landing zones, DevOps, automation, and the security controls that support our clients' own compliance work under frameworks like HIPAA. We own the infrastructure as code, so the environments we build stay auditable and reproducible. Boutique by design. Small team, deep integration, no ambition to be the biggest. Just the AWS partner that regulated companies trust with the layer everything else sits on.
