Creating Resilient Employees to Maximise Work-life Harmony
About SanArtina Ltd
SanArtina works with organisations to help them develop a resilient and resourceful workforce that leads to increased productivity and higher staff engagement. We facilitate change and strengthen individual capability because we teach your team members how to adopt a holistic approach towards their well-being, so they perform well at work with an emphasis on work-life harmony. SanArtina was formed when founder, Sarah Neal, realised that she could bridge the gap between science and spirituality in the workplace in areas of employee well-being. Her love for creativity and interest in meeting people where they are in their life, led her to develop products that have an emphasis on an individualised approach whether it is a course online, a group workshop or teambuilding event. We believe that we’re all artistic communicators and designers at heart. We can coach the artist within us to create a healthier and happier life for ourselves when we take the time to visualise our future state of well-being and establish personal values that drive change. Then we can set healthier goals and develop a well-being strategy that works in real time. The companies we work with, benefit the most when they approach well-being in the workplace as a lifelong learning practice and not as a short-lived exercise that can fall short of generating a favourable return on investment. Our 7-step foundational framework supports individuals to optimise their well-being so they feel empowered to own their well-being state and develop a resilient well-being mindset. The Emotional Sandwiches® range is ideal for staff engagement and increasing self-awareness; a fun exploration around our relationship to everyday words that can hold us back from realising our full potential. Self-care activities can include Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra & Tui Na Chinesel self-care techniques. SanArtina Ltd owns the registered trademarks: Emotional Sandwiches® and Be You Start Now®
