Most technology projects stall after the contract is signed, not before. I've spent 17+ years in data networks, most of it managing vendor relationships and project delivery on the agency side, so this isn't new territory: it's the job I've done my whole career, now running under my own name. I stay on the project until it's done. I track progress, catch delays early, and handle vendor escalations myself so the client isn't the one chasing anyone. Every project gets measured the same way: finished on time and on scope, with a dedicated point of accountability the whole way through. And since the vendor pays me, not the client, that accountability costs nothing on the client's end.
