Welcome to SC Staff and Consult - 2024 and I have set up a consultancy to support (sometimes the unsung heros) of law firms - the legal support superstars including PAs in legal including business support PAs - from admin through to management! You can find some of the latest projects and roles I am working on but I will also be providing information and advise from how to start your employment search to how to develop your career! With 20 years recruitment experience in recruitment and the last 13 specifically within legal business support, I understand the role of the PA but also as importantly what clients are in need of when they start the recruitment process. You will not have 10 different jobs when you register with SC Staff and Consult you will have the right role(s) for you, your requirements, your career plans and this will have synergy with my clients needs. For clients I offer bespoke - PA Assessments - Interview support including training - Recruitment process assessment AND I am the only legal PA recruiter who knows how to use BigHand and the benefits it brings to you and your firm! You may not be looking for a new role but you may know friends and colleagues that are - there is a referral scheme available that is payable on successful completion of a probation period.
