SETX Sober Social is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building a vibrant, connected sober community across Southeast Texas. We create alcohol- and drug-free social experiences designed to help people connect, build friendships, and enjoy life in a supportive community outside of traditional recovery settings. Our events are open to people in recovery, those exploring a sober lifestyle, and supportive allies who believe meaningful connection and a fulfilling social life do not have to revolve around alcohol or substances. Through recurring social events, recreational activities, community partnerships, and collaborations with local organizations, SETX Sober Social works to make sober connection more accessible throughout Southeast Texas.
