Shield of Sisters
Invisible No More Thriving, Not Surviving Journey to Restoration MST is Not a Verb
About Shield of Sisters
Our history Shield of Sisters (SOS) was launched in 2022, after many months of planning and creation. The military has an endemic issue that has to be addressed. Military sexual trauma (MST) impacts 1 in 3 lady service members/veterans. In Wisconsin alone, that equals over 9,000 ladies. This number will not decrease; they have already experienced MST. Out of this need, SOS was created to help restore our sister veterans so they can live their story in a new way with a new vision. Our mission Shield of Sisters hosts retreats for lady service members/veterans and lady family members that have survived military sexual trauma. Through these retreats the ladies will be guided through life reverse engineering and given the choice to change their story and vision for their future.
