Welcome to Six Degrees Recruitment. We were established in 2012 to provide recruitment solutions for businesses in Cumbria. We have continued to grow our client base and partnerships with businesses throughout Cumbria. We as a business look at search and selection projects with clients as opposed to using traditional job boards used by many other recruitment agencies, this method has seen 2016 deliver a placement rate of 84% versus an industry standard of 33%.
