Skylight Media Inc is a media production and business development company based out of Los Angeles, CA. Founded in 2017, Skylight Media is a production and management company founded by Jason Steyaert who has spent the last 16 years working across entertainment. He worked in the offices of Jerry Bruckheimer and Disney’s Ex-President of Production, Sean Bailey and on movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean 4, John Carter and others. After a few years as a development and production executive, he founded Skylight Media when he independently secured the rights to Ty Inc. Beanie Babies and created their first animated universe by way of a F2P mobile game. In 2021, he went to MGA Entertainment where he led Global Content Partnerships and the company’s Roblox strategy across all brands including LOL Surprise, Rainbow High, Bratz and others. It was here where he saw an opportunity to exclusively manage Roblox games and work with developers to produce brand integrations. Since 2023 he’s produced over a dozen Roblox integrations with brands including Visa, L’Oreal Paris, Skechers, Qatar, Universal Pictures, Dreamworks, Illumination Entertainment, Arm & Hammer, LEGO, Kraft and others.
