About Sora Consulting

Sora Consulting helps organisations turn strategy into measurable results. We are a boutique management consultancy based in Helsinki, Finland, specialising in strategy execution and the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. Our work combines a decade of hands-on OKR experience with the emerging discipline of AI-assisted execution, delivered across Finnish and Nordic organisations as well as international partners. OKR is one part of the picture. The deeper question is how to make strategy real in the daily work of an organisation: how priorities align, how teams take ownership, how leaders create the rhythm and visibility that turn ambition into outcomes. This is the question we work on with our clients. We also use AI to accelerate goal-setting, measurement, and learning. Used well, AI shortens the distance from strategy to action and gives leaders sharper feedback faster. Used poorly, it adds noise. We help clients use it well.
