SoulFit Project
Teaching young people what schools have never taught.
About SoulFit Project
SoulFit is a school subject in emotional literacy. We teach young people what no other subject does: to understand their emotions, name what they feel, build resilience, navigate conflict, and communicate their needs. Eight books, developed by two experts, designed to grow with the student from their first year in school to their last. Each book is calibrated to the developmental stage of the students using it. Topics become progressively deeper ā by the final secondary years, students are having conversations that most adults have never had the chance to have. SoulFit is taught by classroom teachers, week after week, because emotional skills are not a one-day workshop. They are a lifelong practice, and they deserve the same consistency as maths or science. The project is approved by the Austrian Bildungdirektion. SoulFit is endorsed by the World Council for Psychotherapy. Pilot launching September 2026 in two schools in Vienna. The DACH region follows. Then Europe. Then wherever a school is ready. Co-founded by Dr. Maria Gren, psychotherapist, Secretary General of the World Council for Psychotherapy, and Milica Krstic, Well-being Strategist , Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe honoree and creator of Safe Space ā a mental health movement that reached over 30,000 people across 12 languages. š© projectsoulfit@gmail.com
