About Spark Coaching with Val
Hi, I’m Valeria Kadelski, Business Coach & Mentor for Expats. I help ambitious expats like you turn passion into profit, without risking what you've built abroad. As a certified coach and mentor with a background in customer-facing tech roles, I help you move from unfulfilling jobs to creating careers rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose. My clients are smart, driven expats who have achieved “success”, but still feel like something’s missing, and are ready to create work on their terms. Together, we create a plan to build a business that feels meaningful and sustainable. Through tailored coaching and mentoring, I help you: ✨ Clarify your true passion idea, beyond what you “should” do ✨ Quiet the self-doubt, perfectionism, and fear of choosing wrong ✨ Design a clear transition plan toward work that aligns with your values, strengths, and lifestyle, without burning out or starting over 💬 Clients describe me as warm, honest, and deeply intuitive, with a no-BS approach and a strategic + action oriented mind shaped by 7+ years in tech. I also mentor for multiple female leadership networks, run group coaching and workshops for expats in transition and international employees, and I'm co-founder of the community Launch Circles, that bring new and aspiring entrepreneurs together. 📩 Curious about working together?
