Sparkmind Capital — Strengthening Europe Through Security Sparkmind is building the Sparkmind Fund II that is a €150M European Security Growth Fund investing in the companies that make Europe more secure, resilient, and prosperous. We focus on three critical domains: Defence & Cyber, Energy Security, and Material Sovereignty.  We back growth-stage companies with real traction and the potential to scale into category-defining European champions. Our international team brings deep expertise across defence procurement, energy regulation, manufacturing automation, deep tech, and growth equity — helping founders navigate procurement, certification, industrialisation, and debt financing.  Sparkmind Capital also manages its EdTech fund (SMF1), which remains active, and we support our portfolio companies but we no longer make new initial investments. Our mission is simple: invest in the companies that will protect Europe, power Europe, and build Europe.
