About Steel Ridge Partners

Law firms run on financial systems that were never designed for how each individual firm operates. Steel Ridge Partners exists to close that gap. Since 2018, we have designed and delivered bespoke applications for the financial side of firm management: rates management, partner compensation, partner equity and capital, partner distributions, financial reporting, collections estimation, billing, and Aderant API integrations. We serve large U.S. law firms exclusively, so we arrive already fluent in rate governance, partner capital mechanics, and the reporting demands of firm leadership. Our clients do not have to teach us their business. We do not ask firms to replace their practice management systems. Our applications extend Aderant Expert, drawing on years of hands-on expertise with the platform. Firms keep their systems of record; we make those systems do more. Our products, including Rates Manager, Partner Portal, and Reporting Hub, remain under continuous active development. We handle the full lifecycle, from design and development through implementation, training, and ongoing support, and we stay engaged long after go-live.
