About Strategic Sobriety

Strategic Sobriety provides subject matter expertise in Addiction Prevention, Recovery, and workplace trends through workshops, seminars, and consultation. Strategic Sobriety assists employers and employees in creating and sustaining a safe and productive workplace, by providing substance misuse, addiction, and recovery-related workforce consulting and training programs. We believe people live and perform best when not plagued by addictions. We raise awareness about substance misuse and addictive behavior and recommend solutions to help employers create a safe space in the workplace that help companies move employees beyond addictive behavior and cultivate a culture of health and well-being for both the people and the company to move employees beyond addictive behavior and cultivate a culture of health. We work with HR, and Employee Wellness Groups. We advise companies on how to customize and implement the best practices utilized by companies seeking to earn the coveted distinction of a Recovery Friendly Workplace.
