About Sugarman Health and Wellbeing

With our experienced and skilled team, we take a holistic approach to developing a care service for our service users and their families. Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is a multi-divisional organisation supporting a wide range of individuals from children to adults and has an extensive support team with adolescents. We are a clinically led organisation with our divisions of Complex Care, Specialist Services and Children Services, working together to deliver the highest service possible.​ We recognise that when it comes to someone’s care or educational needs, no two service users are the same and as such we treat them as individuals and this is reflected in everything that we do from the point of introduction, service planning, recruitment, selection, training and ongoing supervisions.​ Our model includes working with commissioners, service users and their support network from the start to understand needs and expectations. This way we can work collaboratively to ensure that we create a service plan that will meet person-centered outcomes and ensure their safety. This model gives us a platform to build on and we will also respond to any changes to needs and conditions.​ We maintain our high standards and pride ourselves on taking a values-based and safe recruitment approach to help us attract and recruit the very best talent across the market whose personal values align with ours.
