SunCap Property Group is a privately held, national commercial real estate development and investment firm. We specialize in the development of build-to-suit, multifamily and mixed-use projects, as well as the acquisition and disposition of institutional-grade real estate in key markets. SunCap’s partners have developed over 20 million square feet of commercial properties valued over $5 billion. We have managed multiple projects for Fortune 500 companies and have refined our “corporate services” approach to developing real estate. Our geographic reach is diverse, with concentrations in the Southeast, Northeast, Nevada and Arizona.
