We are removing the bias from commission-led insurance sales, starting with health insurance. When Jay moved to Berlin from Australia, he realised something frustrating: the available health insurance advice was biased. With the broker commissions for private health insurance being almost 40 times the commissions for public health insurance, there was a bias in the market to recommend private health insurance. So Jay partnered with Jens - a veteran of the German insurance industry with over a decade of experience - to build the tool he wished he’d had.
