About Swinn Leadership Coaching

Swinn Leadership Coaching exists for one reason: to help scaling businesses build a leadership team that can actually carry the weight of growth. We work with the CEO and everyone around them, in the same organisation, at the same time. Most coaching businesses cover one or the other. We cover both, because a CEO who changes how they lead needs a team that's changing with them. Otherwise the work doesn't stick. We are a collective of 11 executive coaches, each with a senior leadership background before they trained as coaches. We're industry agnostic. Between us, we've worked at senior leadership level across financial services and banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, healthcare, technology, research and advisory, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, professional services and consulting, legal, media and entertainment, travel and hospitality, wealth and asset management, and sport and performance. We've held senior leadership roles inside businesses like Gartner, Mintel, Royal Caribbean, Associated British Foods, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Viacom, Willis Towers Watson, the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and the Academy of Executive Coaching. And we've coached leaders across organisations including Disney, Amazon, Google and HSBC. That range matters. Whatever sector a leadership team sits in, someone in this collective has probably led inside it, not just coached around it. What we do: one-to-one coaching for individual leaders, and team coaching for the executive team as a whole. The most overlooked part of scaling a business is the CEO and the leadership team around them.
