Take The Lead, a national 501(c)3 nonprofit/social profit organization, prepares, develops, inspires, and propels women to take their fair and equal share of leadership positions across all sectors by 2026. It's today's women's movement - a unique catalyst for women to embrace their power with confidence, intention, authenticity, and joy. Take The Lead's 3 Keys to Parity for Women are uniquely effective in advancing women's leadership: Take The Lead Teaches: Learn leadership skills that prepare you for success while breaking through internal and external barriers to parity. Bring Take The Lead to your company to accelerate women's leadership through the pipeline and to full gender parity. Our courses can be delivered online, in person, and blended. Signature workshops are called "9 Leadership Power Tools to Advance Your Career" and our immersive three-month program is "50 Women Can Change the World" and can be delivered to any sector. Currently, 50 Women programs are or have been delivered to healthcare, media and entertainment, journalism, finance, and nonprofit sectors.
