About TalentBase

TalentBase is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise helping employers, public agencies, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and community partners solve complex workforce and implementation challenges. We work across workforce strategy, ecosystem development, employer solutions, program implementation, and cross-sector partnership building. Our role is to bring together the people, organizations, systems, and resources required to support business growth, major projects, and long-term regional economic development. TalentBase helps clients: - Assess workforce demand and organizational capacity - Build employer-aligned education and training pathways - Coordinate public, private, education, and nonprofit partners - Strengthen supplier, vendor, and community participation - Design governance, implementation plans, and accountability systems - Develop talent pipelines through direct hire, executive search, apprenticeships, internships, and work-based learning - Identify and implement grant-funded workforce initiatives Veterans CareerBridge is one of TalentBase’s flagship initiatives. Through this work, we support transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and eligible family members with professional development, industry-recognized credentials, SkillBridge opportunities, work-based learning, and connections to employers. TalentBase does more than connect people to jobs. We build the strategies, partnerships, and operating systems that help employers, projects, and communities grow.
