The **Tampa Bay Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc.** is dedicated to preserving and advancing the extraordinary legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen while inspiring, educating, and preparing the next generation of leaders. Serving communities throughout the Tampa Bay region, our chapter brings together veterans, aviation and aerospace professionals, educators, business and community leaders, families, students, and partners who share a commitment to **education, aviation, STEM, leadership development, mentorship, military and veteran engagement, and community service**. A cornerstone of our youth engagement is the **Red Tails Student Ambassador Program**, which introduces students to aviation, aerospace, drones, technology, STEM careers, leadership, character development, mentorship, college and career pathways, scholarships, and opportunities for community service. Through school-based clubs, community hubs, educational experiences, and strategic partnerships, we are building pathways that help young people discover what is possible for their futures. Our work extends beyond youth programming. The Tampa Bay Chapter is committed to: * Preserving and sharing the history and achievements of the Tuskegee Airmen. * Expanding aviation, aerospace, and STEM education opportunities. * Developing the next generation of leaders through mentorship and service. * Supporting and honoring veterans and military families. * Building partnerships with schools, universities, businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and community institutions. * Creating scholarship, internship, volunteer, and career-development opportunities. * Increasing community awareness of the continuing significance of the Tuskegee Airmen's legacy.
