TaperClinic is a psychiatric deprescribing clinic dedicated to helping people safely reduce or discontinue psychiatric medications. We specialize in complex tapers, protracted withdrawal, and recovery from drug-induced symptoms—areas rarely addressed in traditional mental health care. Our team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists, many of whom have lived experience in withdrawal. Every patient receives a personalized taper plan, frequent clinical follow-up, and access to dedicated sleep and diet coaching to strengthen the nervous system through the process. We also provide community-based withdrawal support and structured guidance for patients dealing with long-term or severe withdrawal symptoms.
