XILO is the AI Agent platform for insurance distribution. Producers and service reps hand new business and remarket quoting to an AI Agent. The agent runs intake, pulls and researches the data, quotes across carriers, and builds the proposal. Your team reviews and audits everything before it goes out. Nothing is bound or sent without a human. What that means in practice: more accounts quoted without adding headcount. You can't hire your way through a soft market, and every soft market moves share toward whoever solved production capacity without payroll. XILO is an Applied Systems Certified Vendor, named in the first class of Applied's Vendor Certification Program in August 2026. The certified Applied Epic integration creates and updates Clients and Policies, generates Activities, uploads Attachments, delivers personal lines application data ahead of the carrier download, and builds Marketing Submission data for commercial teams. We've served more than 500 agencies, including 40 of the Top 100, and we are SOC 2 compliant. XILO was founded in 2018 by Jon Corrin and Eli Zaragoza — a software engineer and a second-generation P&C agent, best friends from Delaware, to help Eli's family agency compete with the direct writers.
