Tendu Innovations is the independent advisory practice of Tendu Yogurtcu, PhD, a former CTO and AI executive, helping CEOs, boards, private equity backed companies, investors, executive teams, and AI native startups turn enterprise AI, trusted data foundations, and technology strategy into scalable business advantage. The practice advises on enterprise AI strategy, agentic AI, AI governance, data integrity, platform modernization, executive decision making, and technology due diligence, moving organizations beyond AI experimentation to governed, enterprise scale capability. Tendu has led enterprise technology through Big Data, cloud, AI, and agentic AI, translating emerging technologies into products, platforms, and operating models that create customer value, business growth, and enterprise trust. Most recently, she led agentic AI strategy by partnering with AWS and an AI native company, sponsoring multi agent prototypes, validating enterprise use cases, establishing Precisely Innovation Labs, and co chairing the AI Council responsible for AI governance, intellectual property protection, and risk. As CTO at Precisely and technology leader at Syncsort, she helped scale the business from $75M to $900M in revenue, led the integration of more than 20 acquisitions, and grew global technology organizations from 80 to more than 500 professionals across the US, India, and EMEA. Earlier, as General Manager of the Big Data business, she held full P&L responsibility while leading technology strategy, M&A diligence, and post acquisition integration. Tendu also contributes to academic, board, and industry communities through Fordham University's AI in Business Hub, FirstBoard.io, Drexel University, Stevens Institute of Technology, Forbes Technology Council, and the TUSIAD New York AI Chapter.
