TAG works at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and human behavior. TAG was founded by Jerome Pagani, PhD, whose career has spanned scientific research, management consulting, and senior executive leadership. That arc, from studying how people think and decide, to advising organizations on strategy, to leading functions from the inside, forms the foundation of the expertise we bring to our clients.
