Tepper & Flynn helps K-12 districts build leaders who know how to observe for impact and give feedback that shifts teacher practice — not just evaluate it. We work job-embedded, alongside your principals, coaches, and central office leaders, breaking down the specific skills and systems that turn observation into growth. Our two Corwin Press books serve as practical how-to guides to support the real work in buildings and districts and both have been recognized as Visible Learning Supporting Resources. Since 2013 we have trained 1,100+ administrators and teachers across 24 districts in 6 states, conducted 2,500+ classroom observations, and maintained 80%+ client retention. Outcomes include a 77% improvement in evaluator accuracy over four years in a major NJ urban district and two partner schools earning CT School of Distinction recognition in 2024–25. We have been commissioned by the Connecticut DOE to co-author statewide observation and feedback guides, and our frameworks were embedded in Arizona's DOE Elevate Program.
