What started with helping cousins and friends make life-changing academic and career decisions has grown into a full-blown mission. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve personally mentored 500+ students and professionals — guiding them through admissions, job switches, career clarity, and growth challenges. I’ve worked with individuals from top institutions like NYU, UCLA, USC, UIC, Carnegie Mellon, IITs, IIMs, UTD, and more — and helped professionals land or thrive in roles at Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, EY, Goldman Sachs, Salesforce, McKinsey, Bain & Co., and beyond. As an Indian coach, I deeply understand the unique struggles that international professionals — especially Indians in the U.S. — face in navigating careers abroad. But my approach is for everyone, no matter where you're from. I work across backgrounds, geographies, and citizenships — because career growth shouldn’t be limited by nationality.
