Supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
About The Aurora-Group
We are an innovative and expanding provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special needs. Our goal is to empower individuals to grow. The word ‘growth’ is personal to each and every one of us. We believe that each individual has a unique set of skills and abilities, and their diversity should be encouraged, developed and celebrated. Our roles are to find ways to discover how. We all work together as a cohesive and dynamic, harmonious team. Bringing together education, care and therapy in an interdisciplinary manner, developing innovative new approaches which will lead to the catalyst for change and help to unlock the potential within each individual. We create enabling learning environments for children and young adults to have the opportunities to grow in their own unique and inspiring way. Every one of us makes a contribution to the outcomes, regardless of whether we are working directly with children and young adults or not. Each element of what we do comes together to create something spectacular. We are always seeking exceptional leaders to join our energetic team. So if you’re looking for a new challenge in education or care with a dynamic new organisation which truly believes in empowering uniqueness and valuing differences, then we want to hear from you.
