We provide life-long solutions for adults, children & families living with neuro physical disabilities in Munster. Our community of clients & families have access to a team of experts, services & facilities at the Crann Centre in Ovens, Co. Cork. Through our 2 Generation approach and unique Model of Care clients & family members receive wraparound care programmes with personalised plans for each client and family member. We support adults and children living with congenital, progressive or acquired neuro-physical disabilities and their partners, parents and siblings across Cork and Munster. These conditions are: Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Arthrogryposis, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis.
