Founded by leadership strategist Cynthia Fortlage, the Collective brings together experienced practitioners who work with executive and senior leadership teams navigating complex organisational environments. Our work focuses on developing leaders who understand the relationship between identity, influence, and organisational performance. At the centre of this work is the 4P Leadership Accelerator, a structured 12-month leadership development programme built around four pillars: Purpose – developing leadership self-awareness Power – recognising and using influence responsibly Practice – embedding consistent leadership behaviours Performance – aligning leadership actions with measurable business outcomes This work helps organisations move from awareness-based inclusion efforts toward leadership maturity that supports healthier cultures, stronger teams, and better decision-making.
