MAVIS Foundation: Bridging High School, Industry & Academia to Fuel Innovation in Aerospace & Semiconductor Careers
About The MAVIS Foundation
The MAVIS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit closing the semiconductor and space manufacturing talent gap in Central Texas. We build a sustainable local pipeline that turns Williamson County middle- and high-school students into skilled, job-ready professionals, equipped with a high-school diploma, targeted Level 1 industry certifications, and real-world experience through structured internships with manufacturing partners. Graduates step directly onto the fab floor or into advanced production roles on day one, delivering immediate ROI for employers while opening family-sustaining careers for students from all backgrounds. We don’t just educate. We equip, connect, and launch the next generation of Central Texas manufacturing talent. Manufacturers in semiconductor, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing: Partner with us to access pre-screened, certified entry-level talent that reduces hiring costs and strengthens your regional workforce. Together, we keep Central Texas at the forefront of advanced manufacturing.
