The Rural Reset
Retreat - Unwind - Reset | Wellbeing Retreats in the UK A place to step back, breathe and rediscover what truly matters
About The Rural Reset
The Rural Reset is nestled in the Hampshire & Herefordshire countryside. A place to focus on health and wellbeing, where you can rediscover yourself away from the noise of modern, busy life. Through time in nature, movement, rural craft, and genuine human connection, our retreats help to create space and calm to enable even the busiest minds to return home steadier, clearer and more resilient. We currently offer two types of retreats. Most men don’t stop until they have to. Our men’s retreat gives you a reason to stop sooner — four days of space, structure and genuine reset in the Herefordshire countryside, before pressure becomes depletion. Our retreats include: - Nature hikes, Kayaking and foraging, bringing you back to the land. - Rural craft, learning new skills - Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, finding stillness through motion - Cold water immersion to awaken the soul - Onsite Chef to ensure you are nutritiously fed and well looked after Retreat: Stepping away from daily pressures and digital noise creates a dedicated space for self-reflection and nervous system reset, bringing positive changes that have a lasting impact. Reset: Our retreats are not a luxury – it is one of the most powerful things you can do for mental and physical wellbeing. The simple act of stepping away from screens, deadlines and demands can have a profound and lasting effect on how you think, feel and live. From high stress to tangible resilience. Studies by the Mental Health Foundation have shown that a strong connection with nature is directly linked with lower levels of stress, depression and anxiety. In both adults and young people. Nature, it turns out, is the best therapist.
